Affiliate Program Terms of Use
Earn a 10% commission by promoting CustomMadeWraps products.
These Terms explain how our Affiliate Program works and what you can expect.

These Affiliate Program Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern participation in the CustomMadeWraps Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”).
By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Affiliate Program
The Affiliate Program is operated by Socx / Custommadewraps.com (“Owner”, “we”, “us”).
An “Affiliate” (“you”) is any individual or legal entity approved to promote our products using approved affiliate links or affiliate-linked coupon codes.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate at our sole discretion.
2. Standard Commission Rate
The standard affiliate commission rate is 10% on all products sold through the Owner’s website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This standard rate applies to all approved affiliates and allows affiliates to be accepted automatically without individual commission adjustments.
3. Commission Eligibility & Attribution
- Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made by customers who access our website through an approved affiliate tracking link or affiliate-linked coupon code.
- If more than one affiliate refers the same customer, commission is attributed to the last affiliate who referred the customer before purchase.
- A referral is credited if the customer completes a purchase within thirty (30) days of clicking the affiliate’s tracking link.
- Commissions are calculated on the net sales value, excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions.
4. Commission Payments
- Commissions are paid monthly, on or around the first Wednesday of each calendar month, for approved commissions from the previous month.
- A minimum payout threshold of €100 applies. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next payout period.
- Payments are made via the Owner’s designated payment provider.
- Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
5. Performance Adjustments & Special Arrangements
The Owner may, at its discretion, offer higher commission rates or special arrangements to selected affiliates based on performance, promotional activity, or strategic value.
Any such arrangements:
- Must be agreed in writing
- Do not constitute a permanent entitlement
- May be reviewed, modified, or withdrawn at the Owner’s discretion
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are solely responsible for all costs related to participation in the Affiliate Program, including website operation, content creation, advertising, and promotional activities.
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content:
- Is lawful, accurate, and not misleading
- Does not damage the Owner’s brand or reputation
- Complies with applicable laws and regulations
Affiliates may only use promotional materials (links, banners, text, trademarks) provided or approved by the Owner and may not modify them without prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or deceptive marketing practices
- Misrepresent the Owner, its products, pricing, or offers
- Engage in unlawful, offensive, or brand-damaging promotional activities
Violations may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Customer Relationship
All customers are customers of the Owner. Affiliates have no ownership rights to customer data and are not entitled to commissions on future purchases unless properly tracked via an approved affiliate link or coupon code.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved trademarks and content solely for promoting the Affiliate Program.
All intellectual property rights remain with the Owner. Upon termination, all usage rights immediately cease.
10. Product Availability
Product availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
11. Term & Termination
Participation in the Affiliate Program continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, verified commissions earned prior to the termination date will be paid in the normal payout cycle, subject to the minimum payout threshold and standard holding period.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Affiliate Program and website are provided “as is”. The Owner makes no guarantees regarding availability, tracking accuracy, or earnings potential.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
The Owner’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate.
13. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed in connection with the Affiliate Program and not to use such information for any purpose other than participation in the program.
14. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the Affiliate Program or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an affiliate application or participating in the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms of Use.
