The Easton Hot Melt provides a reliable adhesive for installing arrow points and aluminium inserts. Its low-temperature formula creates a secure bond while making arrow building and maintenance straightforward.

Easton developed this adhesive specifically for arrow components. It melts at a low enough temperature for controlled installation. However, it still creates a strong bond during regular shooting.

The adhesive works particularly well when installing one-piece points and aluminium inserts into aluminium and aluminium/carbon shafts. This includes popular Easton target shafts such as the X10, A/C/E and A/C/C.

Easton Hot Melt also makes future point changes easier. Heat allows you to loosen the adhesive and remove the component. You can then replace points or adjust your arrow setup without using a permanent adhesive.

Application is simple. First, clean the inside of the shaft and allow it to dry. Carefully warm the hot melt and apply it to the component. Then, insert the point or insert into the shaft and allow everything to cool.

Always take care when applying heat around arrow shafts. Easton recommends avoiding direct heat on aluminium/carbon shafts. The point or insert should only become warm enough to melt the adhesive.
